Laura began in the industry in 1995, and works closely with clients charting the wisest course to meet their capital and cash flow needs over time.
She connects with clients regularly to stay current on their financial, business and personal situations and navigates clients through life’s biggest challenges like divorce, career change, elder care, or managing an inheritance. A key element of her approach is to employ risk management strategies within portfolios.
Laura is an Associate Portfolio Manager holding designations as Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified Professional Counselor on Aging (CPCA) and is also licensed to establish derivatives strategies. Beyond this, Laura is licensed in the U.S. with FINRA to advise clients on cross-border issues - see case studies in our Cross Border Services section.
Reflecting her commitment to community, Laura was awarded Volunteer of the Year, Wilmot Township and regularly holds leadership positions in her church and in other area initiatives, big and small including coaching soccer.
Laura enjoys volunteering, gardening, and reading, and she loves life in her rural home with family, horses, and various pets.
